Whats the difference between Therapy and Coaching?

In general Therapy tends to psychologically educate you to move away from, release or accept something. Whereas Coaching tends to move you towards achieving or obtaining something, moving towards excellence in some way.

My approach


I’m a Certified Coach and Therapist. I currently work as a Corporate Mindfulness Coach as well as a personal coach and therapist in the private sector, and have been for many years.

This means I know how to create individual tailor made therapeutic coaching programs for people that want lasting and meaningful change.

It has been my passion and joy to help and watch people improve and live happier lives both physically and emotionally, and If you're ready I would love to help you
